All dogs excluding aggressive breads. Check with Office staff for questionable breeds. No exotic pets allowed.

One pet- $300 pet fee for 1. $400 for two non-refundable pet fee.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Less any damages.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
No.
- What utilities are included in my lease?
Trash.
- How long is the term of the lease?
Normally 12 months.
- Do you accept leases for short terms?
No.
- If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
By calling our office number 24 hours.
- When is my rent payment due?
On the 1st.
- What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
On the 6th.
- Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

- Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
In the night drop box.
- There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A guest can stay up to 14 consecutive days. Any time longer needs to be approved by management.
- Do you have reserved parking?
No.
- I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In the ample parking lot.
- My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, they need to be listed as occupants on your lease.
- Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes.
- Do you have cable services?
All apartments are pre wired for cable.
- Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes, we will hold your packages in the office as a courtesy to you.
